| Services Provided | Oak Arbor provides transitional residential services for residents who have successfully completed primary treatment and have begun to make the transitions to day-to-day living. This program is based on the philosophies that give the chemical dependent person the structure and support to develop skills necessary to remain sober. Our goal is for the chemical dependent person to become a sober, responsible, independent and emotionally healthy individual. Oak Arbor is located on 45 acres, minutes from Hattiesburg, Mississippi on U.S. Highway 49 South. The facility is a 48-bed unit for males with attractively decorated and furnished rooms, spacious double occupancy with adjoining bathrooms and a separate 5-bed unit for females. A cafeteria is located within the main building where meals are prepared and served. Oak Arbor is completely handicapped accessible. |
